Voting Question: Is Flordia better than Georgia?

I have lived in covington, ga since i was 4. And now my parents want to move to flordia! they won't tell me what part, cause it's a "suprise", but i just want to know if flordia s a good state. and i'll be comming to a pravite school on monday and i'm going to have to take the crct! when i don't know anyone, or don't know what they school's standards are..please give me some tips or something!
